Ralic Engineering
The establishment of Ralic was in year 2005, with only three employees under leading supervision of Director Chaminda Weerasinghe & Director Sunanda Ambagala. In its 14-year presence in the construction industry, Ralic became a key player with significant experience and know-how in the field of civil engineering, Building construction (RCC & Steel), Transmission line and grid substations etc… Their first step kept with construction, maintenance & operation of a Mini Hydro Power project and they have done and doing ahead no of Mini hydro power projects. With parallel to this, they started the constructions of transmission line and grid substation projects as the directors are well experienced in these streams. Moreover ralic has successfully completed the RCC & Steel buildings, Bridges and roads with design & construction procedure too. From 2017 they engaged with overseas projects thanks to a dynamic team and its impressive work ability.

Sunanda hold BSc.(Hons) in Civil Engineering and Associate member of IE(SL) with a talent of performing in marketing sphere. Sunanda is a modern thinker and with his policy of “Team works” can always be relied upon to execute the job with precise efficiency.
Gimhani Maduka
Design Engineer
Maduka is well experienced structural designer and with vast knowledge in contract management. She is qualified as Charted Eng. MIE (SL) and hold Civil Eng. PG.Structual and her 14 years of exposure to the subject makes her an asset to the company’s efficiency.
Thushara Atapatthu
Project Manager
Thushara hold BSc.(Hons) in Civil Eng. and he possesses a wide experience in project management. He is enthusiastic, positive minded and is expert in staff motivation, which puts him on an excellent footing with his workers, extracting the very best from them.
